I’m Andrew Lewis, a seasoned ADHD coach who has helped hundreds of ADHD professionals thrive both at work and home. I understand the unique challenges those with ADHD face in high-demand jobs.
After 20 years working in software, from software programmer, to marketing and sales at IBM, then to founding several software and services start-ups, I was finally diagnosed ADHD and immediately, quite impulsively trained at ADDCA and founded my coaching practice to empower other ADHD adults to maximize their abilities.
My proven approach combines evidence-based ADHD coaching strategies with the latest research in neuroscience, health, psychology and nearly two decades of experience coaching over 500 ADHD professionals. By identifying your unique ADHD profile and strengths, with a first principles approach we build customized systems that optimize executive functioning, focus, and consistent follow-through.
You’ll develop new personal management tools, habits, skills and mindset shifts so you can accomplish more of what matters, more naturally and with less stress to elevate your ADHD results.
I invite you to book a free 30-minute consultation so we can explore if 1:1 coaching would be a good fit. Invest in yourself this year and achieve the confidence, fulfillment and workplace success your talents deserve. You have so much potential waiting to be tapped. Let’s reach it together.

Mindmap and to-do lists are very helpful tools but frequently we resist using tools that we know can help. ADHD is a doing not a thinking problem. Our rebellious, perfectionist, wing-it natures are often in conflict with our desire to plan. We take your ADHD into account in our planning, we dig into what's going wrong and why.
We build, new strategies and plans unique to you that you feel you can consistently implement. Sometimes we get it wrong and then we review, reflect and iterate. No doubt using AI to support your ADHD as well as develop your business will feature in our discussions - hope you like my image attempts on this page!

I have over 15,000 hours of coaching experience with diverse clients from corporates like Accenture, DeepMind, Sky, Google, KPMG, AXA, NHS, OFCOM, Vodafone, Swiss Bank, NHS, TfL, Virgin, HSBC, UK Foreign Office, IBM, UBS, SKB, British Civil Service, HP, Deloitte, Amazon and many more. I have helped many entrepreneurs, founders and small business owners too. Many of their problems and ambitions fall outside the normal range of ADHD advice for procrastination or to-do lists.
I work with business clients who want to improve their game at work, manage staff better, improve upwards communications, gain visibility, strengthen relationships with management, refine and resolve start-up ideas, move jobs and careers. We will likely review how AI can help you in your role and how to take advantage as AI changes you career and business. ADHD will always form part of our discussions but our aim is to improve your success in work, in the most effective way possible, this might mean contacting a PA or better delegating and automating mundane tasks too.
We work together to Elevate your ADHD
Like most with ADHD, I learn well from doing, empirically. Having coached ADHD professionals for over 16 years, it is clear there are no quick fixes, no cure for procrastination.
In our sessions we take a first principles approach, what specifically is the challenge, we break it down, understand you individual constraints, then work together to build an achievable, realist approach to resolving it.
We then review and refine theses systems in future sessions until they become valuable and consistent.

We can often achieve rapid results as we start to coach. The profound benefits come however from maintaining a consistent, long-term relationship of trust and value. My aim is to help you achieve in business, our focus may be on ADHD but often it's on managing your role, business and relationships better.
We're not exactly good with these, we're so affected when any part of our lives our stressed. So in our call time, family, friends, diet, exercise, sleep, children, fun, sadness, and every other aspect of life is worth consideration, reflection and usually action too.
Let me be part of your team or board. I provide ADHD expertise, consultancy, guidance, coaching and someone to talk to for support, without judgement. You of course get the much tougher job executing on our discussions! Please book a free 30-minute call to see if 1:1 coaching would be a good fit.
